*Experiences Manager Responsibilities:*
* Manage a portfolio of elite members, ensuring personalized and responsive service.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and industry stakeholders.
* Collaborate with partners to create exclusive experiences and high-value access.
* Represent the brand professionally in all member and partner interactions.
* Oversee the delivery of programming and member experiences, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.
*Experiences Manager Qualifications:*
* 4-6 years of experience in luxury or high-touch client service environments.
* Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth through client relationship management.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable working independently with strong decision-making capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
