About the Role: Worldwide Client Administrator | Substance Area, Americas MNC As a Worldwide Client Administrator, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our corporate clients in the substance area across the Americas. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client enquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a unique chance to work with a global company, leveraging your skills and expertise to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain strong client relationships through ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Respond to client enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Manage a defined portfolio of clients and develop them for a long-term relationship within the region Establish client business profiles and understand client requirements to deliver tailored solutions Collaborate with internal departments, such as Product and Finance, to meet clients' needs and ensure seamless service delivery Conduct corporate client meetings/sales calls (potential and existing) and present company capabilities Identify and develop corporate client potential customers through market research and analysis Develop effective pricing strategies to support profitable growth and create winning rate and bid strategy on RFQs/tenders/offers Support the development of a high-performance service culture within the countries in the Americas region Plan, coordinate, and lead a productive and effective virtual team of Business Development/Key Account Managers in Country Assist with achieving IKOs/KPIs of virtual colleagues across the region Essential and Preferred Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong experience in the logistics or shipping industry with a specific focus on the Chemical/ Substance Area Experience in managing significant accounts on a regional/global level Relevant experience in international Life sciences supply chain, particularly within the Americas, is a plus Strong management and independent leadership skills, with the ability to plan and organize effectively Life sciences Industry Knowledge and Expertise Logistics and Shipping Services Knowledge and Expertise Client Relationship Management skills Multifaceted administration experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills What We Offer: At DHL, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
