This role will focus on the Customer Accounts workstream and may expand to additional areas based on the contractor's broader Workday skill set. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with client stakeholders, drive business process improvements, and contribute to the success of our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Workday Customer Accounts Lead, you'll be responsible for: * Leading the configuration, testing, and deployment of Customer Accounts functionality in Workday * Gathering and translating healthcare-specific business requirements into scalable Workday solutions * Partnering with client stakeholders to define and optimize invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes * Supporting data validation and migration activities * Collaborating across related Financials areas such as Procurement and Revenue * Providing documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams **Required Skills and Experience** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Active Workday Contracts to Cash certification * Demonstrated experience leading Customer Accounts implementations or support efforts * Strong understanding of core AR processes within Workday * Prior experience working with healthcare clients is preferred * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Broader Workday Financials experience is a plus and may lead to expanded responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working with Workday Financials in a healthcare setting * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * Experience with data migration and validation activities **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong technical skills in Workday Financials, including Customer Accounts and related modules * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable solutions * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our contractors grow and develop their skills.
