**Job Summary**

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
