**Responsibilities:**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to supervisors or other teams as needed
* Meeting performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

To be successful in this role, you will need:
