Job Summary
careerzynith is urgently hiring for a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
Maintain positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions.
Work from home, navigating multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Work collaboratively with the careerzynith team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
