Key Responsibilities

Maintain positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
Utilize computer skills to navigate multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Must be at least 18 years old and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin

Previous customer service experience, particularly in a contact center or retail environment
Experience working with multiple computer systems and software applications

Computer Requirements
To work from home, you will need a computer that meets our minimum technical requirements. These include:

A PC or Laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System
A processor that meets our minimum specifications (AMD Ryzen 2nd Generation or newer, or INTEL i-series 8th Generation or newer)
At least 4GB RAM or installed memory
10GB of free hard disk space
Dedicated high-speed internet with a wired connection (minimum download speed: 4.0 MBPS, minimum upload speed: 2.0 MBPS)


Training Requirements
All new hires will be required to complete a mandatory training program, which includes:

1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
