As a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, managing projects, and providing administrative support.

**Job Summary:**

As a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Accurately and efficiently processing data, including medical content writing, data entry in Excel sheets, manual writing projects, USA EDU survey projects, and digital parts form filling
* Maintaining high levels of typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 20 wpm to 30 wpm
* Working a minimum of 6 hours to 8 hours per day, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery
* Participating in online training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Data Entry:
+ Accurately enter data into Excel sheets and other software applications
+ Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail
+ Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
* Content Writing:
+ Research and write high-quality medical content for various projects
+ Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
+ Meet or exceed content quality and productivity standards
* Project Management:
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution
+ Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
* Administrative Support:
+ Provide administrative support to the team, including data management and record-keeping
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
+ Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 0-6 years of experience in data entry, content writing, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of MS-Office, including Word, Excel, and Internet
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 20 wpm to 30 wpm
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in medical content writing, data entry, or a related field
* Knowledge of project management principles and practices
* Familiarity with online collaboration tools and software
* Certification in data entry, content writing, or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
