* Respond to live chat inquiries on careerzynith's website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
* Handle customer support queries concerning returns, re-ordering, and other common issues
* Collaborate effectively across channels to ensure customer satisfaction
* Utilize careerzynith's CRM system to track and resolve customer issues
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Key Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in social media and website chat functions
* Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
