* Determining offerings customers are missing and making upgrade and add-on service recommendations
* Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
* Coding sales accurately and completely
* Providing exceptional customer service through clear, confident, and professional communication skills
* Building trust and rapport with customers to drive loyalty and retention
* Managing client needs quickly and efficiently
* Promoting additional products and services to customers
* Empathizing with customers and prioritizing their needs
