* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Schedule and Flexibility**
* Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime

**Earnings and Revenue**
* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
* Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
* Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with careerzynith. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
