**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients across various industries
* Navigate client systems and update customer information and orders
* Work with clients to resolve issues and meet their needs
* Select your own schedule, half hour by half hour, to ensure flexibility and work-life balance
* Choose the client you service to ensure alignment with your skills and interests
* Work from the comfort of your own home, with access to a quiet space and necessary equipment

* Phone with headset (POTS and digital. No VOIP or softphone.)
* Internet (hardwired)

* Quiet space to work
