As an careerzynith Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving to assist our customers with their orders and accounts, and providing personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking experienced customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, offering additional products on each customer interaction, and assisting customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller.
Your Impact
Busy day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
Offer additional products on each customer interaction
Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire careerzynith family of brands
Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Follow careerzynith computer system requirements
Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
Starting rate of $15.00/hour
$1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
$1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday
Training and Development
We provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this role. Our 8-week training program includes:
Monday – Friday training schedule
8:00 am – 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm ET training sessions
System Requirements
To work from home, you will need to meet the following system requirements:
Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
Headset compatible with careerzynith specifications (careerzynith reimburses $75 for headset)
High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
