**Join Our Team of Customer Service Professionals**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at Sitel, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound calls from customers and assist them with inquiries, requests, and product support
* Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate and timely information
* Utilize computer systems to navigate through customer accounts, research and review policies, and provide thoughtful solutions
* Handle difficult customer situations professionally and ensure their satisfaction
* Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet performance goals and objectives, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

**Requirements:**

* Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

* Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
