We're seeking experienced Work from Home Customer Service Representatives to join our team! **Key Responsibilities**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats with a focus on delivering a positive and meaningful experience
* Communicating a variety of information to customers in a clear and concise manner
* Being an active listener and helping to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
* Providing a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services to customers
* Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma (or equivalent)
* 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
* Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
* A secure area in the home to work from
* The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
* The understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in the Mesa / Phoenix area

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
