**What to Expect**

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional billing support and client relationship management services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

* Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Determining the offerings that customers are missing and making upgrade and add-on service recommendations
* Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
* Coding sales accurately and completely
* Building strong relationships with clients through clear, confident, and professional communication

**Education and Requirements**

No degrees are necessary for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for anyone who is ready to start a business and be their own boss. To get started, you'll need:

* A computer with a separate monitor (dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited)
* High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
* Phone with headset
* Pass a background screening

**PC Requirements**

To ensure compatibility with our systems, your computer must meet the following specifications:

* CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
* Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
* Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
* Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10
* Monitor: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)

**Mac Requirements**

If you're a Mac user, you'll need to ensure that your computer meets the following specifications:

* Ethernet port
* Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows (please see page 2 for acceptable Windows operating systems)
* MacBooks with USB-C ports will not be supported

* USB headset with microphone (required for Certification)
* Hard-wired Telephone and headset (required for Production/Servicing)
* Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 10
* Mozilla Firefox or Chrome for Windows (optional)
* Microsoft Security Essentials for Windows 7; Windows Defender for Windows 8 or 10
* Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
* Hard-wired land line telephone service
