**The Role**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to careerzynith customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
* Working independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide personalized support and solutions to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
* Work independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a home office environment
* Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
* A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
