You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will be guided by our core values of empathy, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, while also escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience * At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable private internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred) * Secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience * At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **Work from Home Technology Requirements** To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require that you meet the following technology requirements: * Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions * Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred **Compensation and Benefits** As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – CX Solutions at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes: * $21 per hour * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * Flexible schedule options * Paid time off * Wellbeing offerings such as backup childcare and mental wellness support * Tuition reimbursement * Paid training and development offered quarterly * Flexible spending account * Life insurance * Disability insurance * 401(k) and stock purchase plan **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
