**Your Role**

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be crucial in building trust and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable private internet connection and a secure home office environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

- At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
