* **ISP download speeds**: At least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred.
**Work from Home Location Requirements**
* **100% work from home**: This role is fully remote, and we're unable to consider applicants who don't meet our required internet access or live in California, Hawaii, or US territories.
* **US-based associates**: Not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e., Hawaii or US territories), or California.
**Basic Qualifications**
* **High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification**
* **At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience**
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience**
