Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialists to join our team of In-Home Usage Testers. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, earning a competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour. With no previous experience required, this entry-level opportunity is perfect for those looking for a part-time or seasonal work arrangement.

Main Responsibilities
As a Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use careerzynith's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Ability to follow specific instructions
Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
Honest and reliable
Good communication skills are an asset
18 years or older
