### Training and Knowledge Review (30 minutes)
* Review provided training materials on careerzynith policies, products, and services.
* Familiarize yourself with frequently asked questions and standard responses.
* Practice handling common customer inquiries.
### First Customer Interaction (45 minutes)
* Start taking incoming chat requests and greet customers warmly and professionally.
* Listen attentively to their inquiries or concerns and provide accurate and helpful responses in a timely manner.
* Follow careerzynith guidelines for handling different types of inquiries (e.g., troubleshooting, billing, product information).
### Break (10 minutes)
* Take a short break to rest and recharge.
* Stretch or walk around to avoid sitting for too long.

* Resume taking incoming chat requests and assist customers with any additional inquiries or issues.
* Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude and ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.
