Experienced WordPress Developer (Freelance / Remote) : US Only
We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team and help us build fast, modern, and scalable websites. If you have strong experience with custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce, and performance optimization, we want to hear from you! Position : WordPress Developer Type : Freelance / Part-time / Remote Experience Required : 3+ years (More is a bonus!) What You’ll Do Develop fully custom WordPress themes (no page builders unless requested). Build and extend custom plugins and integrations. Work with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL. Customize WooCommerce templates, checkout, and product pages. Optimize website performance for speed (Core Web Vitals, caching, JS / CSS optimization). Debug, fix issues, and improve security. Migrate, update, and maintain WordPress sites. Skills We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress Hooks / Filters, WP REST API Experience with WooCommerce (custom fields, checkout edits, product add-ons, price calculations). Ability to convert Figma / PSD / AI designs into pixel-perfect WordPress themes. Familiarity with cPanel, hosting setup, DNS, SSL. Knowledge of performance tools (Lighthouse, GTMetrix, Query Monitor). Clean and documented coding style. Bonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have!) Gutenberg block development Tailwind or Bootstrap API integrations SEO knowledge Experience with security hardening and backups Apply tot his job
