As a chat support agent, you'll play a vital role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via live chat. You'll have the flexibility to choose 4-8 hour blocks between 6 AM and 11 PM (local or U.S. time zones) on Saturdays and Sundays. The minimum commitment is 8 weekend hours per week. Training and Launch Timeline Our comprehensive training program includes: 2 hours of onboarding modules Simulated weekend-specific chat flows First live shift scored by QA team Go live within 3-4 business days after acceptance Sample Weekend Shift Imagine logging in on Sunday at 10 AM, ready to tackle a new day of customer support. A customer reaches out to cancel an order, and you quickly check the status and process the request. Another user needs a discount code resent, and you paste it from the saved replies.
