**Job Description**
As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your primary duties will include:
* **Customer Service and Claim Intake:** Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collect and document claim details in a timely and accurate manner.
* **Positive Customer Service:** Provide empathetic and supportive responses to customers during the claim process, ensuring a positive experience.
* **Technical Expertise:** Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
* **Punctuality and Reliability:** Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support.

* **Bi-lingual in Spanish:** Preferred but not required
* **Computer Skills:** Basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing at least 40wpm.
* **Network Requirements:** A private network connection, with a Speed Test run from the computer used for work (www.speedtest.net).
**Education and Experience**
* **High School Diploma or GED:** Required
* **1-2 years of quality assurance experience:** Preferred
