* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and think on your feet
* Provide positive and professional communication to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in speaking on the phone with a clear and articulate communication style
