**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Weekend Customer Support Representative to join our remote workforce management team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly, multitask efficiently to manage real-time events, and leverage your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as sales and operations) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly
* Multitask efficiently to manage real-time events, including entertainer, event staff, and customer interactions
* Leverage computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in speaking on the phone with a clear and articulate communication style
* Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes
* Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools
* Fluency with Google documents and spreadsheets and other Google workspace programs
* Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools
* Experience with Google workspace programs, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
* Certification in customer service or a related field
