* **Issue Resolution:** Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* **Account Management:** Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
* **Call Disposition:** Accurately dispositions calls, ensuring that customer issues are resolved or escalated as needed.
* **Product Knowledge:** Continuously maintain working knowledge of all careerzynith products, services, and promotions to provide expert advice and support to customers.
* **Process Improvement:** Work to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
* **Reliability and Attendance:** Demonstrate reliable attendance and on-time job performance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* **Multitasking and Adaptability:** Perform similar/other duties as needed or assigned, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
**Qualifications:**
* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment.
* **Technical Skills:** Experience or training in the use of computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
* **Soft Skills:**
+ Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns.
