About the Role We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-remote basis, working weekends only. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers and clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance to our business. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using sound judgment and effective communication skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our customer service delivery. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, being flexible and responsive to changing priorities and requirements. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity. Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Strong customer service skills, with a clear and articulate telephone voice, and excellent communication and decision-making skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting performance targets. Experience with a multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office, and various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, with proficiency in data entry and word processing. Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to maintaining the reputation of blithequark and our clients. Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, being flexible and responsive to changing priorities and requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a contact center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience working with cloud-based platforms and technology, with a strong focus on leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and to continuously improve our customer service delivery.
