**Job Summary**
As a Weekend Customer Care Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing phone and chat support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize careerzynith's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
* Collaborate with our team to develop new ideas and processes to improve our customer experience
* Work independently to resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management as needed
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and average handle time (AHT)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM software and other customer-facing technologies
