* Utilizing the live chat software to simplify responding to common questions and provide efficient support
* Collaborating with a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries and ensuring seamless customer support
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Contract and Compensation:**
* Contract length: No fixed term
* Rate: $35 per hour
* Hours per week: 5-40 hours, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule
**Requirements:**
