* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions.

* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, including new features and releases, to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
**Requirements**

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide creative solutions.
