**Job Overview:**
As an Experienced Warehouse and Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our clients. This dynamic position involves a combination of warehouse operations and data entry, requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet daily production goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Sort, categorize, and scan files in our warehouse environment with precision and speed
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail while adhering to strict deadlines
* Meet daily production goals and contribute to the success of our clients
* Work in a fast-paced environment, sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results
**Requirements:**
* Effectively meet daily production goals and contribute to the success of our clients
* Ability to scan a large volume of data into the system accurately while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
* Physical requirements and environment: ability to sit and/or stand for several hours, move boxes from floor to table weighing up to 50 pounds
* English reading, writing, and communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
**Essential Skills and Competencies:**
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Physical stamina to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving boxes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a warehouse or data entry role
* Familiarity with records and information management or a related field
* Certification in data entry or a related field
* Experience with inventory management software
