**Responsibilities**

As a Warehouse Administrative Customer Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our warehouse operations and ensuring seamless communication with customers and contractors. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Administrative Tasks**: Perform administrative tasks for your area or shift, including maintaining filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
* **Customer Communication**: Interact with customers and contractors, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims.
* **Export Order Processing**: Coordinate the processing of export orders, filling out export paperwork, generating export labels, and maintaining export paperwork.
* **Returns Processing**: Process returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain paperwork.
* **Pallet Management**: Order CHEP and white wood pallets for the site, conduct reconciliation of pallet count, and research large pallet system variances.
* **WMS System Updates**: Update area or shift metrics as needed using the location's WMS system.
* **Additional Duties**: Perform additional duties as assigned, including overtime as needed.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Warehouse Experience**: Experience as a clerk in a warehouse/distribution environment performing duties such as transportation coordination, inventory, shipping/receiving, coordinating with various carriers, vendors, and customers is strongly preferred.
* **Decision-Making Skills**: The ability to make quick, reliable decisions that represent both the customer and careerzynith is essential.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills are required.
* **Technical Skills**: Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is necessary. Knowledge of WMS systems and experience operating forklift equipment are preferred.
* **Certification**: Equipment certification may be required.
