As a Virtual Medical Assistant - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of our medical practice. **Key Responsibilities**

- **Data Entry and Auditing**: Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a US healthcare setting, is essential for this role. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data, reviewing referrals, and auditing the work of the rest of the team.
- **Reviewing Referrals and Hospital Portals**: You will need to review incoming referrals, log into hospital portals to retrieve records for the next day's patients, rename records, attach records, and ensure that all necessary information is accurately documented.
- **Double Checking Incoming Referrals**: Your attention to detail will be crucial in double-checking incoming referrals to ensure that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- **Time Zone Alignment**: You will need to work effectively in the Mountain Time zone to align with our client's schedules and ensure seamless communication.

**Requirements**

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a US healthcare setting.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
- **Skills**:
