### Job Summary
As a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll play a crucial role in engaging our virtual audience, facilitating meaningful discussions, and ensuring smooth communication during livestreamed sessions. ### Key Responsibilities
#### Audience Engagement
* Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for an engaging and inclusive experience.
* Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
* Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community.
#### Live Session Moderation
* Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our audience.
* Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests, providing a safe and supportive space for meaningful dialogue.
* Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule, working closely with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
