**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
* Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, using your expertise to recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Accurately input and update data into careerzynith systems and databases, maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity.
* Provide support to senior consultants and other team members as needed, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote team environment.
* Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
* Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus, but not required.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that all deadlines are met and client needs are met.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

**Essential Qualifications:**
