**Essential Qualifications:**

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience in using software applications to manage customer interactions.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in a remote working environment, with a proven track record of working independently and as part of a team.
