About the Role As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll work from the comfort of your own home in Maharashtra, within Tier B City limits (Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, and Sangli are eligible). This is a seasonal, contractual opportunity that requires a high level of dedication, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide product information, order updates, and website guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Use various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers. Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers with your unique personality and problem-solving skills. The right to work in India. Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral fluency. Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours. Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required). A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair). A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
