**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on our supplemental benefits and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
* Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, helping with claims or adjustments, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation
* Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
**Essential Qualifications**
