Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Follow up on client cases to ensure that customers receive the support they need, and issues are resolved efficiently. Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions, update records, and track progress. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to troubleshoot common issues. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: A reliable computer with a valid copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old). A USB headset and webcam for effective communication. At least one 15" or larger monitor to ensure a productive workspace. A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred. The ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy. Manual dexterity and the capacity to sit for extended periods. A quiet and distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on your work. Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following skills and qualities can enhance your application: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively. A proactive and problem-solving approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture. Flexibility in your schedule, with availability for day, evening, or night shifts, including weekends.
