**Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering and managing customer inquiries via phone and email in a clear, confident, and professional manner
* Scheduling appointments and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Responding to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Conducting quality checks on communication and customer experience to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborating with our team to refine scripts and customer communication processes
* Participating in light training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and careerzynith's evolving systems

**Schedule**

We're looking for a part-time Virtual Customer Service Representative to work 20-30 hours per week. Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM (Mountain Standard Time preferred), but we're open to flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Fluent English with a strong American accent for clear and confident communication
* Experience in customer service and scheduling, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and tone
* Reliable, organized, and proactive approach to work, with a strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with general computer tools and handling a multi-line system
