* Work independently with minimal supervision to address customer concerns and resolve outstanding issues
* Empathize with clients and renegotiate the terms of their agreements to minimize churn

* Proactively encourage retention by contacting clients at various high propensity churn points in their life cycle to assure customer satisfaction and re-contract and extend customer relationships where appropriate
* Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines

### Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a virtual environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision

* Ability to meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
