Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
Reliable computer equipment, including a validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS, a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15" or larger monitor
Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection preferred
Ability to sit for extended periods, have manual dexterity, and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
Quiet and distraction-free workspace, with a dedicated area for working
