If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Job Summary:** The Virtual Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for our members, providers, and other key stakeholders, focusing on exceptional customer satisfaction and first call resolution. You'll interact with customers to provide information, troubleshoot complex issues, and handle complaints related to coverage, benefits, services, and more.
