Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients across various industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solve, and quickly assess customer needs to provide sound solutions. Document details of all calls and customer interactions, and manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously. Work independently, setting your own schedule and managing your own time to meet client expectations. Essential Qualifications To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need: At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound calls. Excellent computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems. Basic typing skills and strong written communication skills. Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Availability As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. arenaflex clients typically have call availability from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
