Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns
Resolve all customer queries and follow established procedures as appropriate, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to deliver personalized solutions
Utilize superior call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) for card members, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Analyze customer mood, profile, and needs to provide tailored benefits and products, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations
Deliver exceptional results, meeting customer, employee, and shareholder metrics, while identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels
Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, making quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer support and heritage
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to effectively address customer issues and concerns
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
