Key Responsibilities

Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, resolving all customer queries and following established procedures as appropriate
Offer options and follow superior service protocols to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) to card members
Identify the mood, profile, and needs of the customer and leverage that information to provide the most appropriate benefits/products to the customer while being compliant with laid-down guidelines
Deliver to customer, employee, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands
Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently, to achieve individual and team goals


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer support
Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and customer-focused approach
Demonstrated ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
