Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
