**Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to credit repair and credit counseling services
* Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
* Uploading and faxing documents as required
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Learning and promoting careerzynith's services, including credit repair and credit counseling, to clients and prospects
* Maintaining accurate records and updating client information in our database
* Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Proficiency in using a computer, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace at home
* A working laptop or desktop, headset, and computer mouse (careerzynith does not provide these)
